We know that we need it, but how do we get started? Meet Project Management expert Anne-Lise Bouyer, who has long experience of managing data and crossborder journalism projects. Since 2017 she works with German non-profit journalism centre Correctiv, before she worked at Journalism++, the European data journalism entrepreneurs in their Berlin-Paris unit. Anne-Lise will introduce the AGILE methodhology and how this set of principles most commonly used  in software development can be use in other fields, especially newsgathering and investigation.
